Nicholas is a Partner in our M&A and Private Capital practice.
He advises financial sponsors and strategic clients on M&A transactions. Nicholas focuses on private equity transactions and has special expertise in cross-border transactions, particularly involving the US and Europe, leveraging his experience of working in both the US and European legal markets.
Nicholas is a US and German national and has worked in our offices in Berlin, London and Hamburg.
Nicholas previously spent a year on secondment to the New York office of CVC Capital Partners.
