Francesca is a senior associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice in New York.
Francesca's practice focuses on derivatives and structured finance transactions.
She advises banks, credit funds, asset managers, private equity firms and other financial institutions on a broad range of asset-backed financing transactions, including back-leverage facilities, loan warehouse arrangements, bespoke repackaging transactions, securitizations of financial and hard assets, and CLOs. She also regularly advises on the U.S. Risk Retention Rules and the Volcker Rule in connection with structured finance transactions.
Francesca's derivatives practice encompasses loan and bond total return swaps, strategic equity derivatives transactions and hedging arrangements. She advises on all aspects of U.S. derivatives regulation, including compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and related CFTC and SEC rules.
