Kayla is a corporate associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice and a member of the firm's financial institutions group.
Kayla advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Kayla trained at Freshfields and has also spent time on secondment to the M&A Legal team at Barclays.
