Jo is an associate in our global transactions group based in the London office.
She has broad corporate experience advising corporate clients, funds and infrastructure specific funds on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions.
Jo has also been on secondment to the Infrastructure Investments team at Brookfield in the London office.
