About
Daniel is a counsel on our Private Credit and Capital Solutions team, where he advises private equity sponsors, private credit funds and financial institutions on leveraged finance and bespoke capital solutions across complex, often multi-tranche, capital structures.
His leveraged finance experience focuses on representing private equity sponsors in portfolio company-level financings across a wide spectrum of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology and sports venue entertainment. On the private capital solutions side, he has represented private capital clients and financial institutions on special situations and liability management transactions.
