Sarah is an associate in our Global Transactions team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She advises sovereign wealth funds and private equity clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance and general corporate law matters.
Sarah is qualified to practice in England and Wales. Prior to joining the Abu Dhabi team, she trained at Freshfields’ London office.
