Elisa is an associate in the antitrust, competition and trade team of our firm's Amsterdam office.
She focuses her practice on cross-border merger control and advises multinational corporates and financial sponsors navigating complex regulatory clearance processes. Elisa has particular experience guiding clients through multi-jurisdictional merger filings and filings and procedures under the Dutch and other international foreign investment control regimes, and advises on filings under the Dutch and other international foreign investment control regimes.
She also appears on behalf of clients in proceedings before the Dutch and European courts and has handled matters before a variety of competition authorities.
Elisa also regularly advises on intricate EU regulatory issues, including matters arising in the telecoms and energy industries.
Elisa is fluent in Dutch and English.
