Arjan is an associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice based in London.
He has experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and joint ventures/shareholding arrangements.
Arjan trained at Freshfields and has spent time on client secondment to bp.

- eBay, on its $1.2 billion acquisition of Depop from Etsy.
- Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, on the sale of its stakes in Birmingham, Bristol and London City airports.
- La Caisse, on various matters in relation to its investment in FNZ.
- Universal Music Group, on its acquisition of Mavin Global Holdings Limited, the Nigeria-based music label.
