Moishe is a finance lawyer with a focus on derivatives and structured finance.
Moishe’s derivatives practice comprises advising on strategic equity financing transactions, including puts, calls, forwards, collars, share buybacks and margin loans. He also frequently advises corporates and sponsors on interest rate and FX hedging arrangements, for both financing-linked and treasury risk management purposes.
In addition, Moishe has extensive experience on structured financings, advising banks, specialist lenders and originators on a wide range of securitisations and structured financings, including trade receivables financings, consumer loans financings and asset-backed financings.
