Nico is a member of our Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice group and located in our Berlin office.
Nico advises clients on the full spectrum of European and German competition law, with a focus on complex merger control proceedings and cartel investigations. His broad-ranging experience includes working on complex cross-jurisdictional merger control proceedings involving parallel reviews by the European Commission, the UK's CMA, US antitrust agencies, and other key international authorities. He also provides strategic advice on foreign direct investment and represents clients in German investment screening proceedings.
Before joining Freshfields, Nico gained significant experience in this field during his education and while working for international law firms in Germany.
