Alex is an associate in our Private Capital practice based in our New York office. She regularly advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies in all manner of debt financings, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, asset-based lending, liability management transactions and restructurings, and ongoing strategic advice, as well as private credit funds in debt investments and capital solutions financings.
