Eunice Ju is an associate in Freshfields' dispute resolution practice based in New York, where she focuses her practice on crisis risk management and securities litigation. She advises clients on complex regulatory matters and high-stakes disputes across several industries.
Before joining Freshfields, Eunice served as a summer associate at the firm, where she gained experience across a range of practices including data privacy and cybersecurity, sanctions, and artificial intelligence matters. Eunice brings an analytical perspective to her practice, drawing on her prior experience as a senior analyst at Capital One, where she automated financial reporting processes, conducted portfolio analyses for the Commercial Real Estate division, and presented strategic insights to senior leadership.
Eunice earned her J.D. from New York University where she was the staff & symposium editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics and served as a research assistant to Professor Arthur R. Miller. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in information science and a B.S. in policy analysis and management from Cornell University.
Eunice is currently on client secondment.
