Panashe is an Associate in our Global Transactions team, based in Dubai. He previously spent six years in our London office, advising on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. His practice also includes general corporate advisory, governance, and regulatory compliance.
His experience spans a range of sectors, including TMT, Energy and Infrastructure and Sports.
Panashe trained at Freshfields, with a secondment to Liberty Global’s M&A team, and later undertook a client secondment with BT Group’s Corporate Transactions team.
He is an active member of our Africa Group and contributes to our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Panashe holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the London School of Economics.
