About

Rosie is an associate in our Private Funds and Secondaries practice, advising fund sponsors, institutional investors, and intermediaries on the full spectrum of private capital transactions.

On the secondaries side, Rosie represents clients across both GP-led and LP-led transactions. Her GP-led experience includes advising sponsors and lead investors on single-asset and multi-asset continuation fund transactions — including deals involving alternative energy and renewable technology assets — as well as portfolio sale processes. On the LP side, she has represented institutional investors on the sell-side in large portfolio dispositions, including a $2 billion sale of technology-related LP interests and co-investments, and advises active secondary buyers on buy-side acquisitions of LP interests across portfolio funds, with aggregate deal values exceeding $2 billion.

Rosie's fund formation practice spans a wide range of managers and strategies. She advises US and non-US managers on the formation and structuring of private equity, growth equity, venture capital, real estate and secondary funds, with fund sizes ranging from $150 million to approximately $5 billion. Her clients include mid-market and large-cap US PE managers, state-owned global investment firms, intergovernmental organizations and institutional investment managers active across private equity, venture capital and credit vehicles. She also has experience advising on programmatic joint ventures, securities law compliance and entity formation.
