Josefin Jennerheim

Josefin Jennerheim is a principal associate in the Brussels antitrust, competition and trade team.

Her practice focuses on all areas of EU competition law, across merger control and antitrust investigations. This includes advising on a complex cartel case, from the European Commission’s investigation through to appeals before the EU courts. She also has extensive experience advising on digital regulations, including in high-profile matters with the European Commission. From late 2025 to early 2026, she was seconded to our Tokyo office, where she helped advise clients on merger control mandates.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Josefin practiced competition law at another law firm in Brussels.

She speaks English and Swedish.
