Megan is a corporate associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice and a member of the firm's financial institutions group.
Megan advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Megan trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to the firm’s Singapore office.

- Standard Life on its proposed £2bn acquisition of the UK insurance and pensions operations of Aegon
- Allfunds on its €5.3bn recommended cash and share acquisition by Deutsche Börse
- Petershill Partners on its delisting from the London Stock Exchange and return of $921m capital to its free float shareholders
- Bakkavor on its £1.2bn recommended cash and share acquisition by Greencore
- Caledonia Investments on a Rule 9 waiver transaction
- HSBC on the €925m sale of its French insurance business to Matmut SAM
