Tom is a corporate associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice and a member of the firm's financial institutions group.
Tom advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Tom trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to the firm’s Hong Kong office.
