Claire is an English-qualified associate in the Global Transactions group. She advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Claire trained at a magic circle firm in London and subsequently relocated to Singapore.
Claire graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science at the top of her year, where she was awarded numerous academic prizes as well as honorary lifetime membership of the LSE Students' Union. She was also the sole international student recipient of a full-tuition undergraduate scholarship in her class year.
