Claire is an English-qualified associate in the Global M&A and Capital practice. She advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Claire trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm in London before relocating to Singapore.
Claire graduated at the top of her year from the London School of Economics and Political Science. During her time at the LSE, she received numerous academic prizes and was awarded honorary lifetime membership of the LSE Students’ Union. She was also the sole international student in her class year to receive a full-tuition undergraduate scholarship and, upon graduation, was awarded the full William Simpson Scholarship to pursue an MSc at the LSE.
