Lukas advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions and related corporate matters, with a special focus on private equity investors.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Lukas served as a trainee in the Frankfurt and Hong Kong offices of Freshfields. He holds a masters degree from New York University School of Law.
