Léa is an associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice.
Léa’s practice focuses on public law, regulatory and environmental matters, as well as foreign investment control. She advises corporations, financial sponsors and governmental entities in a wide range of transactions with a particular focus on infrastructure deals in the energy and utilities sectors.

- Advising RELX Group on the proposed acquisition of Doctrine;
- Advising Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, on the signing of a strategic partnership with Altarea, France’s leading low carbon urban transformation group;
- Advising Evotec SE on the sale of its French subsidiary Just - Evotec Biologics EU to Sandoz AG, as well as on a related licence agreement;
- Advising Charterhouse on its partnership with ESTYA;
- Advising Vossloh AG in relation to the acquisition of Sateba, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of concrete railroad ties, based in France, from TowerBrook Capital Partners;
- Representing Volvo/Renault Trucks on the co-ordination in France of follow-on damages public law litigations arising from the European Commission’s decision relating to the trucks industry;
- Advising Mars, Inc. on the acquisition of a minority stake in the share capital and voting rights of Cerba Vet and of the entire share capital and voting rights of Antagene, specializing in veterinary medical diagnostics with a strong nexus in France and a presence in Switzerland;
- Advising CVC DIF on the acquisition (via its DIF Infrastructure VII fund) of the fibre business of the TDF Group;
- Advising EQT Infrastructure in relation to the sale of 50 per cent of its stake in Saur to a consortium composed of global infrastructure fund manager DIF Capital Partners and the Dutch pension fund service provider PGGM; and
- Advising SSE Renewables on their agreement with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) to acquire its existing European renewable energy development platform.
