Maya is an Associate in the Corporate team of our London Global Transactions Practice. She advises clients on equity capital markets, public M&A and private M&A transactions as well as on general corporate advisory and listed company matters.

Maya's recent experience includes advising:
- Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company B.S.C.(c), the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the acquisition by CYVN Holdings LLC, an advanced mobility operator and investment vehicle based in Abu Dhabi, of McLaren Automotive and a non-controlling stake in McLaren Racing;
- CVC Capital Partners, a leading global alternative investment manager focused on private equity, secondaries and credit and Jersey-based public limited company, on its €14bn IPO on Euronext Amsterdam;
- His Majesty's Treasury and UK Government Investments on the proposed offer of shares in NatWest Group PLC;
- REA Group on its proposed takeover of Rightmove plc, including a contemplated secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange;
- Renault Group on its joint venture with Geely focused on next-generation hybrid and powertrain solutions;
- Renault Group on a €200 million investment in Alpine Racing Limited by Otro Capital, RedBird Capital Partners and Maximum Effort Investments; and
- Aston Martin Lagonda on a number of placings and retail offers.
