About
Helena is a member of our Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice group based in the Berlin office.
She advises domestic and international clients on the full range of competition law matters, with a particular focus on merger control and foreign investment screening in complex cross-border transactions. She regularly works alongside colleagues across Freshfields' global network to deliver seamless advice on multijurisdictional matters. Helena also has significant experience in antitrust litigation and compliance.
Her clients include leading corporates across the media, industrials and consumer goods sectors, as well as major financial investors and global technology and platform companies. Having spent time on secondment in-house, she brings a strong understanding of both the legal and commercial dimensions of her clients' matters.
Before joining Freshfields, Helena developed a strong foundation in competition law during her studies and through roles at international law firms in Germany and abroad.
