Jimena is a Regulatory & Public Affairs consultant in our Brussels office.
She joined the EU regulatory and public affairs practice in December 2023.
Before joining Freshfields, Jimena worked in two Brussels-based public affairs consultancies where she was responsible for digital and financial services policy for fintech, ecommerce and technology companies. She has also worked in the non-profit sector as well as international organizations such as the OECD. Thanks to these experiences, Jimena has established herself as an active member of the Brussels policy community on consumer protection, digital affairs and digital payments and gained a thorough understanding of the dynamics and intricacies of the EU legislative and policy ecosystem.
She speaks English, French and Spanish.
