Tyler is a senior associate in our Antitrust, Competition, and Trade practice based in Washington, DC.
Tyler represents clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, including civil antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, international cartel investigations, and corporate compliance programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler clerked for the Honorable David A. Faber of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

- Google in defense of multi-district Section 1 and 2 litigations brought by the Department of Justice, more than 30 state attorneys general, and private individual and class action plaintiffs. Tyler has been the lead associate on Google’s motions to dismiss, summary judgment, proposed jury instructions, and issue preclusion briefs. Tyler has led the drafting of discovery requests and responses, managed Google’s document productions, and has taken seven and defended two depositions in the case. He is advising expert teams in preparing expert economic and damages reports, and advises Google on its global ad tech strategy and defenses and manages local counsel in foreign jurisdictions.
