Greg Garfield

Greg is a senior associate in our capital markets group.

He acts for both underwriters and issuers on a broad range of debt capital markets issuances, including both Reg S and 144A transactions, as well as a mix of EMTN / GMTN and standalone transactions. Greg has extensive experience of liability management exercises and has also acted on a number of retail bonds in recent years, including a tender offer and an exchange offer, which are both very rare in a retail context. Greg acts for the underwriters on a number of supranational / sovereign issuers’ EMTN / GMTN Programmes. He also has experience in corporate loans and structured finance products.

Based in the London office, Greg specialises in cross-border deals and has also spent time in both the Amsterdam and Vienna offices, working in debt capital market transactions and other financings in those jurisdictions.
