Hannah is a Senior Associate in our corporate real estate team.
She has experience in a broad range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, real estate joint ventures, development projects, lettings and real estate finance transactions. Hannah has advised institutional and overseas investors, funds, developers and corporates spanning a variety of sectors including hotel, office, retail and energy.

- Advising a confidential party on the formation of a joint venture with another confidential party and the subsequent acquisition by the joint venture of a prominent skyscraper in London.
- Advising Imperial College London on its entry into a new joint venture with Bruntwood SciTech for the development, leasing and management of a new innovation facility at Imperial’s White City Campus.
- Advising the WeWork senior secured noteholders ad hoc group on cross-border aspects of WeWork’s complex US Chapter 11, including the UK and European leasehold estate restructuring.
- Advising Bruntwood SciTech on their corporate reorganisation, opco carve out, REIT conversion, acquisition of a substantial portfolio of properties and investment from existing and new shareholders.
- Advising Bow Street LLC on its acquisition of a minority stake in Vivion Investments S.à r.l, a real estate investment company with a focus on office and hotel properties in the UK and Germany.
- Advising Realty Income Corporation on a number of retail park and warehouse acquisitions via offshore and corporate structures.
