- Advising Polyus Gold on a joint venture with Rostec for the purposes of joint participation in the auction to obtain mining license for the Sukhoi Log gold deposit in Irkutsk region, the largest gold deposit in Russia, and has been awarded the license.
- Advising on financing of the acquisition by a Russian private financial group of shares in a leading Russian consumer electronics retailer from its majority shareholder.
- Advising Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ING Bank, J.P.Morgan and SIB as the global co-ordinators and joint bookrunners on the issue of $500m of loan participation notes due 2020 by EuroChem with listing on the Irish stock exchange.
