Alice is an English-qualified Associate and a foreign registered lawyer, currently based in Singapore in our International Arbitration Group. Previously in London and also seconded to the arbitration team in our Paris office.
She is currently on secondment in our Singapore office.
She has experience in international commercial arbitration matters in a range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, energy and construction.
Additional Information
Alice’s relevant experience includes advising:
- An international oil company in its ICC arbitration arising from the long term sale and purchase of LNG produced offshore Mauritania and Senegal;
- A local subsidiary of a French international energy company on the recovery of its costs under production sharing agreements with an East African State;
- An energy investor in its dispute with an African State regarding unlawful taxation;
- An Australian energy company and a consortium of international oil companies on the preliminary annual programme for a contract year under thein relation to an LNG SPA regarding offtake from a project in Western Australia;
- A solar modules manufacturer in a LCIA arbitration from a claim brought by an EPC contractor of solar projects alleging a breach of a supply contract;
- A chemicals company in an ICC arbitration on a post-acquisition claim relating to liabilities for environmental remediation costs;
- A contractor in an ICC arbitration brought against the project owner regarding the design and construction on a fertiliser plant; and
- A European bank in an ICC arbitration arising out of a corporate acquisition.
