Avocat à la Cour, Simon is a corporate counsel in our Global M&A and Capital practice.
His main areas of expertise are corporate law, private equity and public and private mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Simon is fluent in French and English.

- Advising Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board on the disposal of its minority stake in European Camping Group to PAI Partners.
- Advising Marlin Equity Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in iBanFirst.
- Advising Charterhouse Capital Partners in the context of the investment of Latour Capital in the Funecap group.
- Advising Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec in the context of the investment of ICG in Biogroup.
- Advising Comexposium on the creation of Vinexposium, its joint venture with Vinexpo regrouping their B2B wine & spirits fairs and events organisation business.
- Advising Charterhouse Capital Partners and the SERB group on the $800M acquisition of BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals from Boston Scientific Corporation and the concomitant minority equity investment in SERB of Partners Group and Mérieux Equity Partners.
- Advising Blackstone on its equity investment in the Sipartech group alongside its founder.
- Advising Charterhouse Capital Partners on the disposal of the Comexposium group.
- Advising Charterhouse Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Funecap group.
