Sara is a Principal Associate in our Frankfurt office. Her practice focuses on advising banks, financial institutions, regulated entities, and investors on transactional, corporate and capital markets matters in national and cross-border situations. She is experienced in dealing with national, European and international financial supervisory authorities.

Sara serves as an expert in the Banking Union Panel and the Monetary Expert Panel of the ECON Committee of the European Parliament and other financial market advisory bodies, and teaches financial markets law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
