- Carta Inc. on its acquisition of ListAlpha, the AI-powered CRM platform.
- South32 on the sale of its Cerro Matoso nickel operations.
- Sanofi on the separation of Opella, its consumer healthcare business.
- Equans (a subsidiary of Bouygues SA, listed in Paris), on the sale of Equans Urban Energy.
- Advising HBX Group, a leading independent B2B travel technology marketplace, on its IPO and listing on the Spanish stock exchanges, with a market capitalisation of c.€3bn.
- WindTre, part of the CK Hutchison group, on completion of a 50/50 joint venture with Iliad Italia for RAN sharing in less densely populated areas of Italy and to accelerate service coverage including 5G.
- Service-Telecom, an independent operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, on its acquisition of mobile network towers in Russia from VEON Ltd. (NASDAQ: VEON, Euronext Amsterdam: VEON).
- Rights issue by Cobham.
