- WindTre, part of the CK Hutchison group, on closing issues in respect of a 50/50 joint venture with Iliad Italia for RAN sharing in less densely populated areas of Italy and to accelerate service coverage including 5G.
- Service-Telecom, an independent operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, on its acquisition of mobile network towers in Russia from VEON Ltd. (NASDAQ: VEON, Euronext Amsterdam: VEON).
- a leading investment bank on its equity investment in the share capital of an independent oil and gas producer in Russia.
- Rights issue by Cobham.
- Fraport-led consortium of sponsors on a partial sale of their stake in Petersburg Pulkovo Airport PPP scheme to Qatar Investment Authority.
