Simon Devroe is an associate in the Brussels office and a member of the Global Transactions team. He advises companies and financial institutions on public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His experience includes advising on corporate governance, compliance matters, and other corporate law questions for listed companies, private equity clients and foundations.
