Matt is an associate in our Silicon Valley office focusing on a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, representing issuers, underwriters and investors throughout the corporate lifecycle from Series A financings to IPOs and beyond. His practice includes guiding clients through public offerings, private placements, and securities compliance matters across various industries.

Additionally, Matt regularly counsels emerging growth companies and established public companies on SEC disclosure obligations and stock exchange regulations. He also advises on corporate governance matters, periodic reporting, listing requirements and other general corporate matters.
