Laura is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A and Private Capital departments.
She specialises on public and private M&A, private equity and general corporate law. She regularly advices in complex cross-border and domestic transactions acting for global financial investors, private equities and multinational corporates across a range of sectors.
She also advises on joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate advisory work.
Laura speaks Spanish, English and French.

- Advising Cinven on its acquisition of exclusive control of Ufinet International, a leading fibre network operator, and the renegotiation of the corresponding joint venture agreement with ENEL.
- Advising Cinven, KKR and Providence in their consortium investment relating to a voluntary public takeover bid for the entire share capital of MasMovil Ibercom, for €4.7bn.
- Advising KKR on its acquisitions of GeneraLife and IVI-RMA Global, both leading international reproductive medicine groups.
- Advising APG Asset Management on (i) the acquisition of Globalvia’s entire stake in Itínere Infraestructuras, a major Spanish infrastructure company with toll-road concessions in Northern Spain, as a part of a comprehensive set of agreements that solved all outstanding litigation between the parties related to Itínere Infraestructuras’ shareholdings; and (ii) its subsequent disposals to Swiss Life Asset Managers of a combined 37.60% interest in Itínere Infraestructuras.
- Advising Midea on its acquisition of a majority stake in Teka, a leading Spanish appliances group.
