Isabella is an associate in our London Global Transactions practice. She advises clients on public M&A, private M&A and equity capital markets transactions as well as on general corporate advisory and listed company matters.
Isabella has previously been seconded to the M&A team in our New York office and to the Specialist Advisory team at Rothschild & Co.
Additional Information
Isabella’s recent experience includes advising:
- Smiths Group on the sale of its Detection business.
- GXO Logistics on its recommended acquisition of Wincanton plc.
- Mars on its recommended acquisition of Hotel Chocolat Group plc.
- The joint bookrunners (led by Morgan Stanley) on a cash placing by Hammerson.
- Aston Martin Lagonda on its strategic ‘equity for technology’ arrangement with Lucid, involving equity consideration for multi-year access to proprietary technology and on multiple rights issues and equity placings.
