Eleonora is an Associate (admitted to the New York Bar) in the Antitrust, Competition and Trade group.
She deals with all EU and cross-border competition and consumer law matters, including merger control and foreign direct investment reviews, and antitrust investigations and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining the firm in 2024, she gained over three years of experience at leading international law firms, focusing on competition and EU law. Her background also includes academic research experience in both the United States and Italy, as well as the collaboration with prominent international organizations and the management of pro bono and clinical projects in international settings.
In 2025, she was seconded to the in-house antitrust and consumer compliance function of a leading multinational energy group tasked with overseeing competition and consumer law matters across the group’s global operations, including M&A-related projects and emerging regulatory issues, supporting multiple business units and subsidiaries worldwide.
A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French, with basic knowledge of Portuguese and Syrian Arabic.
