Ben is an Associate in our London office advising on a broad range of environmental, ESG, sustainability, planning and energy matters.
His practice spans a range of contexts, including corporate M&A, project development and finance, crisis response, and day-to-day operations. He acts across all sectors, with particular depth in the energy, transport, infrastructure and consumer products sectors.
Ben advises on the full spectrum of ESG and sustainability risks, governance and strategy, with expertise on corporate reporting, supply chain due diligence, and litigation risk management. He has experience helping clients to navigate the evolving ESG regulatory landscape and to integrate sustainability considerations into their commercial decision-making and governance frameworks.
