Ben is an Associate in our London office with experience and expertise across environmental, energy, ESG and sustainability law.
He advises clients on the full range of regulatory issues arising from transactions - including those relating to the environment and planning - in all sectors, but most notably in the context of energy, transport and infrastructure projects.
Ben also advises clients on the full range of environmental issues in other contexts, with experience advising on the increasing regulatory obligations and legal risks concerning sustainability matters.
His experience also covers advising clients on ESG risk and strategy, and their corporate governance and reporting arrangements. He has also advised clients in relation to emission trading schemes and carbon projects.
