Andrew is Special Counsel in our global antitrust, competition and trade practice, based in Washington, DC.
He brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients on antitrust compliance and regulatory matters, with particular expertise in Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notification requirements.
Before rejoining Freshfields, Andrew was part of the antitrust team at another leading law firm, where he prepared over 800 HSR filings. He regularly counseled clients on complex antitrust issues and represented them in premerger investigations before both the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
