Gordon Choi

Gordon is an Associate in the firm’s Global M&A and Capital practice, based in Singapore. He focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions and corporate advisory matters across Asia.

He advises private equity sponsors, financial investors and corporates on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, strategic investments and joint ventures across Southeast Asia, Greater China and other Asia-Pacific markets. He also has experience in leveraged finance, capital markets transactions and listed company compliance.

Gordon trained with the firm and has worked across its London, Hong Kong and Beijing offices. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and is admitted to practice in Australia, Hong Kong and New York.
