Dennis advises investors and lenders on the financing of private equity real estate investments, and large corporates on their debt financing needs (often in an event driven transformation or stabilisation context, and in relation to acquisitions).
Dennis has been recognised by Handelsblatt Best Lawyers as "One to Watch" (Anwalt der Zukunft) for Banking and Finance Law.
