Tessie is an Associate in the Freshfields Energy, Transportation and Infrastructure group and is based in the London office.
Tessie has experience advising a range of corporate clients in relation to renewables and infrastructure developments, bespoke infrastructure and development contracting, public private partnerships for major infrastructure and the acquisition and divestment of energy and infrastructure assets.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Tessie was an Associate in a leading firm in Australia.

- a Plenary-led consortium on its proposal to finance, redevelop and manage three public housing sites in Victoria.*
- A multinational electric utility company on the development and operation of the Hazelwood BESS Project.*
- MOECO on the development of the Vietnam Block B Gas Project located in Southwestern Offshore Vietnam.*
- John Laing on the competitive sale process of its Australian wind assets.*
- AusNet on its $10.2 billion cash acquisition by a Brookfield-led consortium via a scheme of arrangement.*
