Jordan advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Jordan trained at Freshfields, and was previously seconded to the firm's Hong Kong office.
Before becoming a lawyer, Jordan worked in marketing at L'Oréal for 2 years.
