Andres is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice based in San Francisco. 

Prior to joining the firm, Andres worked at Google in various legal and strategic roles. Most recently, as a Senior Policy Enforcement Strategist for YouTube, he oversaw content policies and researched key trends regarding elections across the U.S. and Latin America. While in law school, Andres was a Global Law Scholar and worked as a legislative intern for the United States Congress where he conducted research on policy issues relating to artificial intelligence, economic justice, and digital assets. 

Andres received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
