About
Miguel is a senior M&A associate in our M&A and Private Capital department. He advises clients on private and public M&A, private equity transactions, restructurings, and corporate advisory matters.
He regularly advises corporates, private equity firms, and other financial investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on infrastructure, energy, and other real assets. He has also successfully completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
Miguel speaks Spanish, English and French.

- APG Asset Management on its divestment in Itínere Infraestructuras, a major Spanish infrastructure company with toll-road concessions in Northern Spain, to Swiss Life Asset Managers, on behalf of selected funds, in two tranches, initially for 20.57% and subsequently by another 12.53%, and for a total stake of 37.60%.
