About

Doug is a regulatory and risk partner advising on high-impact compliance, crisis, and risk management matters, as well as strategic opportunities.  Doug is Transactions Co-Lead of our Global ESG Risk & Advisory Group.

Doug advises private capital sponsors and corporates on complex cross-border M&A and investments, where he manages regulatory and operational risks that are critical to valuation, execution, and post-close liability management. Doug also works with clients to unlock opportunities created by regulatory and technological change, including in the clean-tech and energy transition space.

In addition, Doug’s practice spans regulatory advisory, governance, and crisis management, with specialist expertise in operational regulatory matters; environment and safety; product, trade and supply chains; corporate governance; and ESG compliance and crisis response.

While he advises across a broad range of sectors, Doug has significant experience in regulated industries, with a focus on chemicals, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, technology and energy.
