Fletcher is a corporate associate in our global transactions group.
Fletcher focuses on M&A, private equity transactions and other corporate matters for private equity sponsors and other global financial investors across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2022, Fletcher worked at Harmos Horton Lusk, a leading law firm in New Zealand.

- sale of Kurt Geiger, a global footwear, handbag and accessories business, to Steve Madden; and
- acquisition of International Financial Group, a leading life insurance provider of cross-border, long-term savings products for internationally mobile clients.
- Advising Blackstone, Permira and other selling shareholders on the sale of all of Adevinta’s shares in Distilled Limited, Ireland’s leading online classifieds company.
- Advising CVC on its €14bn IPO in 2023/4.
- Advising AEA Investors on its majority investment in SCIO Automation, an international end-to-end automation platform.
