Benjamin is a member of our data and technology practice and specialises in advising national and international companies on tech regulation, in particular the EU digital strategy, data protection and IT and cyber security law.
His technical background enables him to quickly understand highly complex technical issues. Benjamin is particularly involved in providing legal advice in cross-border cases, with his expertise covering both non-contentious and contentious matters.
His advisory work includes strategic and operational advice on EU digital strategy such as the AI Act, Digital Markets Act, Digital Services Act, Data Act and Cyber Ressilience Act, but also on IT security regulation such as the NIS2 Directive. In addition, Benjamin regularly advises on IT/IP legal aspects of M&A transactions, carve-outs and commercial agreements, as well as IT software contracts.
His clients include companies in the automotive, technology, telecommunications and media sectors.
