Peter is an associate in leveraged finance in our global transactions group, based in our London office.
Peter specialises in acting for private equity sponsors and financial investors on leveraged finance acquisitions and refinancings. He has also advised on a number of general corporate finance and refinance transactions.

- Advising SumUp, a global leading fintech, on its €1.5bn private credit loan.
- Advising Ontic, a CVC portfolio company and a leading provider of original equipment manufacturer-licensed parts for legacy aerospace platforms, on the refinancing of its existing term facilities.
- Advising a number of CVC portfolio companies in respect of their ongoing financing arrangements, including eTraveli, the global online travel agency service platform, STARK Group, the Northern European building materials distributor, Lipton Teas and Infusions, the global tea business, and Ahlsell, the leading Nordic tool distributor.
- Advising Fressnapf, the European market leader for pet supplies, on the financing aspects of Fressnapf’s acquisition of Arcaplanet Group and Cinven’s investment in Fressnapf.
- Advising Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board on certain aspects of the financing of its joint investment with Nordic Capital in Advanz Pharma.
