Sahra is an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer and principal associate in the Brussels office.
She assists private equity and financial sponsors, as well as corporate clients, with cross-border acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations (including mergers and demergers), asset deals and capital market transactions. Her expertise spans both private and public M&A transactions, and covers a wide range of industries.

- Advising CVC DIF on the acquisition of CTC Moyson, a full-service GSE lessor, from the Moyson family, and SPS, a leasing and maintenance services provider, from Strikwerda Investments and management.
- Advising IK Partners on the acquisition of BOMA, a leading distributor of cleaning and hygiene products and machines to B2B markets in the Benelux and France.
- Advising TPG on its public voluntary conditional takeover offer for all shares in Intervest Offices & Warehouses active in the logistics buildings market and in the offices market.
- Advising House of HR group in respect of the acquisition by Bain Capital of a majority participation in the House of HR group from the existing shareholders; this is the largest private equity deal in Belgium to date.
- Advising BioSyent, a Canadian listed company, on the acquisition of assets enabling it to supply a tibolone-based hormone replacement therapy drug to distributors worldwide, from Mithra Pharmaceuticals and Novalon in bankruptcy.
- Advising Solvac in relation to the partial demerger of Solvay.
- Advising Novartis on the separation and spin-off of Sandoz, its generics and biosimilars division.
- Advising Sanofi on the purchase and sale of a 50% controlling stake in Opella, its consumer healthcare business, to CD&R.
- Advising ABN AMRO, BNPPF and Kempen & Co, Belfius Bank NV, KBC Securities NV and ING Belgium SA/NV with the private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding of new shares of Aedifica, a public regulated real estate company under Belgian law, listed on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam.
