About
Diana is an associate in our intellectual property and information technology practice group.
She advises multinational and domestic clients in complex and contentious patent litigation before national courts and the UPC with a special focus on the fields of life sciences and telecommunication. She is experienced with standard essential and non-essential patents.
Diana also advises on IP and SEP policy matters as well as on IP related questions within non-contentious matters, especially in the context of international corporate transactions.
Diana speaks German, English, French and Greek.
